What’s the function of cupping?

Cupping Therapy creates a vacuum or suction within the cup that is used to decompress soft tissue, increase local circulation, release adhesions and scar tissue, relax muscle spasms, decrease trigger point pain, and decrease inflammation. Cupping contributes to cellular detoxification by stimulating lymphatic drainage.

What’s the application?

We recommend that you use the medium or large cup for larger areas of the body, like the back, glutes, and thighs. The smaller cups works well for smaller areas like the arms and neck, and bony areas such as around the shoulders, and knees.

These soft cups conform to the body and can be easily adjusted for as light or deep a massage as you like.
